About this apartment rental
Welcome to this spacious T4 of 90m2 completely refurbished with a breathtaking view of the Morgon and the lake of Serre-Ponçon. The exposure and the private terrace of 30m2 are ideal for enjoying the exceptional panorama as well as the softness of the sun in each season. You will particularly appreciate the tranquility of the place and the proximity to many sports or non-sports activities!
The accommodation
Organization of the apartment on one level:
- 1 master bedroom with lake view and direct access to the private terrace, bathroom and adjoining toilet
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm which can be twinned to form a comfortable bed in 180cm
- 1 children's bedroom with a bunk bed
Please note: blackout curtains for each of the bedrooms and new quality bedding
- 1 bathroom with washing machine and 1 separate toilet
- 1 bright living room with a panoramic window overlooking the lake
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, raclette machine, etc.) open to a friendly living room where benches and sofas await you for beautiful evenings of reading or chatting
The little extras to enhance your stay:
- 1 office space equipped with high-performance and unlimited wifi for those who would opt for teleworking
- 1 x 55-inch smart TV to connect to your favorite programs just like at home!
- 1 dedicated parking space and a closed garage to store skis, sleds, mountain bikes, water equipment...
