A breathtaking setting awaits at this newly renovated, waterfront home in North Topsail Beach. With a private dock on the sound to one side and the ocean beach across the road to the other, this is a place for long, memorable days spent out on the water with your nearest and dearest.
Completely renovated in 2023, this two-story home sits directly on the water on the sound side of North Topsail Beach. A long boardwalk leads across the marsh to a dock where you can tie up your boat, but please note that there is no lift. It's a stunning location with views of the sound to the west, ocean vistas to the east, and front and rear decks on both floors.
Leave your car in the covered parking area and enjoy the luxury of getting around on foot, with the beach across the street and North Topsail Beach Town Park a block away. After a day out and about, come home to unwind in central air, toss the day's clothes in the washer/dryer, and fully relax in the private hot tub.
The house features bright rooms, clean and uncluttered decor, and an elevator connecting the floors. The open living space is up top, bringing together a sleek kitchen and dining space, a living room with a smart TV, and decks overlooking the water on both sides. The upper level has two bedrooms - a primary suite and a guest room with deck access. There are six more bedrooms downstairs, four of which have deck access (including another primary suite).

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
