About this house rental
The family-friendly vacation home “Martin” is a semi-detached house with 73 m² of living space, situated in a quiet and idyllic location on the edge of the forest and right next to Lake Lech.
The open-concept living/kitchen area is comfortable, modern, and tastefully furnished in a country-style design. A dining area rounds out the space.
The wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. There is also a separate restroom on the first floor.
The south-facing, covered 10 m² terrace, accessible from the living room, is perfect for cozy barbecue evenings.
A staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as two bedrooms. The large bedroom features a spacious closet and a double bed. From the bedroom, you can step out onto the large balcony facing west, which offers a stunning view of the Ammergau Alps. The smaller bedroom features a 1.40 m wide box spring bed; this room also houses the infrared heat cabin, which provides soothing warmth on cold days.
The temperature in the bedrooms is regulated by radiators. The bathroom and toilet are additionally equipped with a fireclay radiator.
The 4 m² outbuilding provides additional storage space and features a washer-dryer, which is available for your use.
Firewood is stored next to the house and can be used for the fireplace in the living room.
The parking space is located in front of the house.
