A little piece of heaven in Tuscany! Climb up your private brick staircase to reach the front door of this charming apartment. A corner flat, with its own terrace, it is one of 7 on a beautiful agriturismo. This is a working farm, where they grow olives for oil and grapes for wine and it makes a tranquil retreat at any time of year.

The apartment sleeps 3 people and has a cosy, open-plan living area, furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs. The wooden kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge.

The private terrace, at the bottom of the entrance staircase, has a table, chairs and a large umbrella for meals al fresco.

The shared gardens and swimming pool are beautifully maintained. The fenced pool has sun loungers for guests to use after a refreshing swim. The agriturismo also offers a shared BBQ, wood-burning oven, outdoor kitchen and dining area. There is a shared, shaded sitting area, which includes some gym equipment, so guests can work out whilst admiring the view.

Sleeping
Bedroom: This airy bedroom, with dark wooden floors, has a painted iron double bed and an antique wardrobe.
Mezzanine Bedroom: Up a ladder staircase in the bedroom, this charming little mezzanine has a single bed and an antique dressing table and chair.

Bathroom
The fresh, tiled bathroom, has a basin, shower, bidet and WC.

Location
The 50-hectare estate nestles amongst hills covered with vineyards and olive groves. Despite its peaceful rural setting, the agriturismo is less than 10 minutes from the centre of Castelfiorentino, where guests can find shops, a supermarket and a Saturday market for the best local produce, as well as clothing and homewares.

Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, is just 1 hour away and offers some of the finest galleries, museums and architecture in the world. As do the cities of Siena (1 hour) and Pisa, with its Leaning Tower (1 hour). Other towns worth visiting are San Gimignano (35 minutes), famous for its many towers, and, for “Twilight” fans, Volterra (45 minutes), a fascinating town with Etruscan roots.

There are wonderful hiking and cycling routes nearby which will immerse you in the woods and glorious Tuscan countryside.

The closest airports are Florence, 40 minutes drive, or Pisa, which is 1 hour away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 31st of October 2025
