Experience the modern comfort of our recently renovated two bedroom home! Each bedroom offers private access to it's own full bathroom, complete with brand new Memory Foam mattresses and 55" Smart Televisions with high speed WiFi. The perfect location offers convenient access to PDK Airport, CDC, The Assembly Movie Production Studios, dining and shopping nearby at Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza in Buckhead, Oglethorpe and Emory Universities, and Medical Facilities near Perimeter Mall and Emory University – all within a few minutes’ drive. The nearby Chamblee Marta Station offers direct access to downtown Atlanta and an easy ride to the ATL Airport (30 minutes by car/Uber/Lyft).
Your comfort and convenience come first in this fully equipped home. The living room includes two full length sofa's for extra lounging and a full-size desk for a separate workspace. The kitchen has all utensils, flatware and cookware – plus a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer with filtered water inside. A large laundry room and plenty of closet space provide all the storage you need, and a washer and dryer with enough detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.
Step outside to enjoy an afternoon in the sun on the large front porch, or grill on the back deck off the kitchen. The large private fenced backyard features a firepit seating area perfect for relaxing by the fire and a pet-friendly environment.

Loved staying here! Home is well decorated just as pictured. Kitchen was well equipped. Very clean also! Any questions we had were addressed immediately with Mark and Todd. Great hosts and would definitely stay here again. Addendum. I was charged a 300 refundable deposit. Hosts responded quickly during rental but have ignored many texts since except for one response saying processor was slow.. Two weeks is unacceptable so be aware this could happen to you as I am still waiting….17 days and counting.

We loved staying at the property on our visit to Atlanta. It was central to all of our friends. We had several friends stop by and all loved the house and thought it was cute. We are planning to stay again next summer.

This home is so convenient to Northside Hospital. I was able to come and go in 10 mins even during rush hour. Lots of convenience
