Just 10 minutes from the heart of San Pedro, this tropical retreat pairs relaxed island living with the privacy and space to enjoy a memorable getaway.
Unwind beside the swimming pool, stroll across the sandy beachfront, or spend a peaceful afternoon on the pier beneath the palapa, surrounded by beautiful Caribbean Sea views.
The Space
This listing includes the entire first level, featuring two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two fully equipped kitchens and laundry rooms. The layout offers exceptional flexibility for families, couples traveling together, or friends who appreciate having their own space while vacationing under one roof.
An interior connecting door between the two apartments can be left open to create a more connected living experience or locked for added privacy.
The home is equipped with split air-conditioning units to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. Outside, enjoy the fully fenced yard, private pool, grill, and a stretch of soft beach sand between the yard and the pier—perfect for barefoot relaxation and soaking up the island atmosphere.
When the upstairs residence is unoccupied, you’re also welcome to enjoy the second- and third-floor verandas, where sweeping ocean views and spectacular sunsets create the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee or evening wind-down.

Very clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the common areas were ideal for gathering. The property felt very 'homey' and was clearly cared for by the owners.

We enjoyed our visit at the Sandcastle House very much. We had everything we needed there and it was convenient to activities that we did while on the island. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. Management communicated well.
