Welcome to Hidden Valley! This upgraded 1-bedroom condo is in an ideal location – walking distance to the Village at Mammoth. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and the Gondola to Canyon Lodge! You can park your car and walk or take the free town shuttle to anywhere you need to go in town!
This unit offers easy access with self-check-in and great HOA amenities including: jacuzzis, sauna, seasonal pool & BBQ, and laundry.

About the Space:
This well-loved floorplan at Hidden Valley is in the perfect location for your next getaway in Mammoth Lakes. Nestled in the woods, this property provides the true Mammoth experience of a quiet property tucked into the trees. It sits at the top of the hill at Hidden Valley, making it the closest property in the complex to the Village – just a quick walk away!
The open living area has beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, comfortable furniture, including a couch with a pull-out sofa, large TV with smart features and a wood burning stove – a great way to wind down after a long day adventuring in Mammoth. There are two private, south facing decks with seating and forest views off the living area. There is a quaint dining table with seating for 4. The kitchen has been updated with new stainless-steel appliances and freshly painted cabinets. It comes fully stocked and has ample countertop space to prepare a nice meal!
The bedroom has a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV and dresser for storage space. Off the bedroom is an ensuite oversized vanity, connected to the bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower and additional vanity.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, fire starter, matches, and firewood. Firewood is located on the deck.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Hidden Valley. There are 2 jacuzzis, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), and shared coin-op laundry facilities.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Park in any open spot in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.
*Please note, the pool will be closed for construction June 2025 for at least 4 weeks.

Had a great time in Mammoth. The condo is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Place was clean and quiet.

Excellent location. Quiet spot in the trees, yet close to the village. Older complex that has been somewhat upgraded and maintained. Kitchen was adequate but the placement of the microwave over the oven and stove made cooking awkward. Cookware was garage sale quality. It is not real wood in the kitchen, but Formica masquerading as wood. The couch appears to be leather, but it appears to be some type of fake product and it is not that it is uncomfortable, but it is not particularly comfortable. Place is definitely small. Two balconies but they are so small that they are not inviting. Although they do allow for a lot of natural light to come into into the unit. Experienced a mice problem while I was there and management was very helpful and quick to respond. Management team was very responsive and very nice
