Our 200-square-meter house is situated in a beautiful location in Austria’s smallest town, surrounded by meadows and fields, and offers a magnificent
view of the surrounding mountain ranges of the Lechtal and Allgäu Alps.
We are the ideal starting point for numerous hiking and mountaineering tours, bike tours, and trips to alpine pastures and mountain huts, such as the Vilser Alm, Musauer Alm, and more...
The house features a large garden with a barbecue area and a small swimming pool, which guests are welcome to use during the summer months

Newly renovated two-story apartment in a farmhouse.
On the first floor, there is a toilet, a large, luxurious bathroom, and 3 double bedrooms
(one of which has a walk-in closet)
The second floor also features a toilet, a newly furnished
kitchen, a dining area, and a large living room.
There is also a double bedroom.
A balcony is available—the garden may also be used for relaxing and barbecuing.
A children’s pool is available for use during the summer months.
