About this house rental
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located pet-friendly two story home. Recently updated for those who enjoy living luxuriously. Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom fully furnished with a King Bed, smart tv, desk and en suite bathroom including an oversized tub perfect for relaxing! Other two bedrooms located upstairs each have (1) queen beds and a bunk bed all with fully functional smart TV's. Another full bathroom is located upstairs and is not connected to any room. Downstairs you will find the 4th bedroom furnished with a king bed and a desk and a detached full bathroom. Easily whip up a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen! Guests rave that it’s sparkling clean, cozy, comfortable, and close to everything – with an accommodating host.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a landing area with three arcade games (mortal combat, street fighter, Blitz football).
Downstairs you will enjoy a comfy sitting area, dining room, living room with 75in Samsung tv, fully stocked kitchen, the 4th bedroom, and a recently updated luxury full bathroom.

Please inquire with host prior to booking to ensure specific amenity is available.

A sparkling pool awaits you in the backyard to cool down from the Texas summer heat. Relax on the benches, or lounge chairs found around two separate fire places located in backyard patio. Grill your favorites on the gas grill or enjoy a nice evening with wine by the outdoor fire place. This home does not have a hot tub and/or heated pool.
After a day of enjoying all the attractions the area has to offer, choose from the 4 comfortable bedrooms, with a King bed in the master and bedroom downstairs. You’ll find a 55” Samsung smart TVs, ceiling fans, storage options, and ensuite bathroom with shower in the primary bedroom.

- Don't forget to check under the beds or in any drawers for your party's personal items.
- Check out time is 11:00 AM. My cleaning crew will arrive promptly at 11:15 am
- You may have stayed at other homes that ask you to remove bed linens, start a load of laundry, or the dishwasher but you are absolutely not required to do any of that here! I simply ask that you leave things in an orderly manner. I want to make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible and this includes not worrying about doing any extra check out "chores" ;)
- Remember to log out of any Netflix, Hulu or other streaming services accounts.
- Please make sure all trash is placed in designated trash cans.

What a fabulous house! The pool was perfect for the TX summer and the kids rode bikes and trikes on the enclosed driveway. It turned into quite the play space!Inside, the downstairs and outdoor areas provided lots of conversation places and we were extremely comfortable. David was a super host. He communicated well and was professional and gracious.I highly recommend this location and host.

My husband, our dog, my mom, my daughter and son-in-law were in town waiting for the birth of the first grandchild and we thoroughly enjoyed this home!! The neighborhood was great with wonderful sidewalks and a walking trail. The pool was great to dip in while we waited. The living area and kitchen are very spacious!! The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and updated as well!! The host was VERY responsive and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our check out needs!! I would love to stay here again when we come back to visit our kids and new grandbaby!! Excellent wi-fi service and TV’s!! Very well appointed and very clean!!

Very nice and well laid out house. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very nice. Outdoor sitting area is great. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It was very close to everything we were doing in the colony.

The house was GREAT!! Plenty of room for 10 ladies to spread out but still be together. We didn’t use the pool - just too cool at end of October but it was nice to sit out beside it.
One room didn’t have the remote for the ceiling fan/ light so fan wouldn’t run with light out. We bought a fan to use (you know hot natured women) but did reach out to home owner so he could find it before next rental.
