This outstanding two bedroom residence is the perfect place for your weekend, or longer stay. From the moment you walk in the front door you will be more than impressed, whether its the raked timber line ceiling that catches you eye, the superb open plan living area with direct access to the outdoor entertaining area or simply the beautiful kitchen and bathroom, not to mention air conditioning and WIFI, this property ticks all the boxes.

Enjoy the peace and tranquility as you soak up the north facing decking area that has a peaceful treed surrounding, ideal for those looking to leave their busy life behind and relax and enjoy everything that Anglesea, and this property, has to offer. Perfectly located just 750m in either direction will have you at either the Anglesea shopping precinct, or the River, all the while being only a hop, step & jump away from the sandy beaches! This property will not disappoint!!

+Please note linen is not supplied. There are doonas and pillows at the property, you will need to bring towels, bed sheets, doona covers & pillow cases etc. There is a linen hire option via the agency if you wish.

++Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
Once the rental agreement and ID form have been returned, guests will receive an automated SMS before 9:30am on the day of your arrival. The key is to be retuned back into the key safe using the same code on departure.
