The "Epic" Sunroom: Panoramic mountain views, a foosball table, retro Pac-Man & Street Fighter arcades, a full-size basketball game, and a Smart TV.
Indoor Hot Tub: Located off the primary bedroom suite for total privacy. Soak in the mountain scenery year-round, rain or shine.
One-Level Living: No stairs to navigate! Flat-ground entry on a level lot right off Massanutten Rd. only 2 small steps to enter then followed by step-free interior.
Outdoor Oasis: Large deck with BBQ grill and seating for 4. Back yard - a propane firepit and 6 lawn chairs.

Guest Count: Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. To keep our base rates low for smaller groups, there is an extra guest fee for groups over 6 to cover additional utility and linen expenses.

Nice setup, games, amenities for families. Great central location. Comfy beds, hot tub inside was a nice perk. Host was responsive to requests and very accommodating.

My bear cabin stay was lovely. The host was quick to respond to any questions. She sent instructions on how to get there. There was no issues getting into the house. The house was nice and clean. It was close to Massanutten’s waterpark and snow-tubing. My family and I even doordashed pizza and groceries from the food lion no issues with driver finding the house. Plenty of games for the kids. The beds and pillows were comfy. It was really a great stay 10/10. I would definitely stay there again. The house /cabin felt like home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bear Cabin to bring in the new year! It was super clean, well stocked and close to everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.
