The apartment is located in a popular, central neighborhood of Duisburg. Many shops are within walking distance—supermarkets, a beverage store, bakeries, and restaurants. A shopping street is right next door. Transportation connections are excellent, both via public transit and by car to the highways. The apartment is just a 4-minute walk from the subway station. It’s only a 2-minute drive to the highway, with direct access to the A40, A42, A3, and A57. The Düsseldorf Trade Fair, Essen Trade Fair, Düsseldorf Airport, and the cities of Düsseldorf, Cologne, Krefeld, Essen, Moers, Bochum, and Oberhausen are all within easy reach.
The Düsseldorf Trade Fair can be reached in 20 minutes by car and 50 minutes by subway.

For parking, you can use the free parking spaces in front of the building or on the side streets. There are also paid parking spaces across the street.
★ACCOMMODATIONS★
The apartment offers you a pleasant stay. The cozy living room features a large sofa and a Smart TV with Netflix. Through the large windows, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the covered and sheltered balcony, where you can soak up the sun on the south-facing side.
The bedroom features a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm), as well as a closet, a shelf, and a desk with an office chair for working from home.
The bathroom has its own washing machine, and laundry can be hung to dry in the drying room under the roof. We provide laundry detergent for the first few days of your stay.
In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need, from dishes to various spices, oil, sugar, tea, and coffee. There’s also a dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a stove with an oven. A large dining table is also available.
The apartment has a sunny balcony facing southwest. Here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun in peace.
