You will have access to the entire property with the exception of the basement.
The Neighborhood:
Peaceful location with country roads and mountain vistas. Great for hiking, bike riding or just a friendly walk with your pet. 10 minutes to the Andes, Delhi, Bovina and Hamden. Also enjoy golfing just down the hill in Delhi. Plus enjoy kayaking 30 min away in Downsville. During winter months you can visit Platekill mountain and enjoy skiing and tubing. We are also only 40 minutes away from Roscoe, the fly fishing capital of the world.
Getting Around:
You most definitely need a vehicle to get around. During winter months we recommend having an AWD or 4X4 vehicle to get around.

Beautiful cabin exactly as advertised. Great beds, great water pressure and fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Very remote-little to no cell service and and some difficult and intimidating roads (especially at night). Internet was fast and no issues. Dishwasher does need a deep clean/filter clean-very foul smell but that was not a problem overall. Would rent again!

The house was lovely and in the perfect location for a nature filled getaway. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the surrounding area was spectacular. The house does have 2 bathrooms instead of just the 1 listed.
The low rating is due to the complete disengagement from the property management company who seem to be acting as host for the property. The Luna Star group was unresponsive from check in to check out. Upon arrival there was severe weather warning including a tornado warning for the area and the host was unresponsive to questions pertaining to safety measures, a leak in the roof and loss of power thus service at the property. While unexpected weather happens, lack of response and engagement from the host does not offer reassurance needed for a comfortable stay.
