The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

Was great value for that location. All the hotels in the area were charging 3x as much due to a conference in town. This apartment was much nicer than any hotel room. Close to all the restaurants. There are people within the building that were extremely

There was no communications with anyone that could assist me either with check in or with issues of the space. That is my biggest feedback was there was just no person available neither in person or by phone. I needed batteries for the remote and a few days into the stay batteries were delivered. This hands off approach did not meet my expectations. When I had issues at check in and had to wait 45 minutes presumably because the room was not ready, there was nobody that would be accountable to answer the phone and talk to me. I could have handled it if they said the room is not ready. Instead they just didnt answer the phone and did not call me back. Eventually, the room became ready and the lock box worked. Seems like a very Florida way to mishandle things.
