About this house rental
Come stay in this nice neighborhood and enjoy the sunny, private veranda, two big isolated bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, two full size beds and two comfy sofas. Three TV's including a 58-inch Samsung, a 55-inch Samsung and a third Roku streaming TV. High speed internet, gas fire logs, new RO water system, two step-in showers and a big garden sunken soaking tub.
Outside, you can fire up the four-burner gas grille for burgers or steaks and enjoy smores for dessert over the large fire pit with ample outside seating.
Inside, the kitchen features all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils to cook whatever you crave with your groceries from HEB or Target--both are only blocks away. You are one block from the Trinity Park playscape and walking path.
Upscale northwest Midland location near the best restaurants, retail stores and sports venues. Very quiet neighborhood with circle drive, off-street parking. Small dog welcome with pet fee. One furry friend per booking.

This home is conveniently located and is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The inside is clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of natural light and a very nice private outdoor courtyard. It is pet friendly complete with a dog door leading out to the courtyard! The owner is kind and responsive. I’ll definitely be staying here again! I highly recommend!!

We were visiting family during our stay and this place couldn't have been better. It was very comfortable and quiet. There was pretty much anything you could need. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!
