All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This home was cute and clean with a great backyard (with one caveat below)!
There were a couple of basic amenities missing if you’re planning to cook your own meals while on vacation: namely, a can opener and a peeler. I don’t know about others, but I don’t generally pack those when I go on vacation. 😆 We used a knife to painstakingly open our refried beans for burrito night or another knife to peel our cucumbers.
There are a couple of door handles whimsically put on backwards. 😆 No adverse affect on their functioning; just funny.
And something for parents of little kids to be aware of is that the fence gate to the backyard does not fasten closed; instead, resting in a wide open position.

This home was on the corner of a very nice neighborhood. Although we came across a few issues the property owner and management team communicated well with us to help us feel at ease. They came by and quickly replaced smoke detector batteries while we were out one day. We did loose internet and although the owner wasn't able to fix it they did communicate repeatedly about the issue. We never saw maintenance for the issues we had but we enjoyed our stay and the kids really enjoyed having their own rooms and space to play video games.
