Perfect house for our stay. 5 dads and daughters for a soccer tournament at IMG.
Location was perfect for us. 15 min drive to IMG.
Recently remodeled home in a mature residential neighborhood. Beautiful Sarasota Bay on other side of street. Great walkable/bikeable neighborhood. Very quiet/safe established area. Wish we had time for the Ringling Museum and Animal Park, both walkable.
Residential area, grocery store easily accessible which was perfect for our group. A little light on restaurants in the area but Sarasota and St Armand’s Circle have plenty and are 10 min drive.
Property:
Spacious 2 story w/ open kitchen/great room. Most everything you need to cook if that’s your desire. We used the grill outside (had to buy propane) for a taco night. Breakfast and lunch each day was perfect. Great room is open and 12 people (1 other family joined us for meals) moved around freely and easily in the kitchen/dining room.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
We had the Master Bedroom which is something to appreciate. Beautiful walk in rain shower w/ a separate tub. Porch off bedroom doubles as a covered/screened patio/dining area. Spacious backyard with a beautiful pool. Perfect temp for the warm and humid March days.
Other bedroooms aren’t large but comfortable. Kings and double beds. Even the bunk bed is larger than appears on site. All dads shared room with daughters but all were comfortable, no complaints.
Owner was responsive to a few very minor issues. Very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was nicely updated and had the amenities we needed. The pool needed a cleaning when we arrived and the door lock needed batteries, but the host was responsive and got it sorted out. We enjoyed a lot of pool time and made some meals with family. Overall a very nice and comfortable house, but lacking some touches to make it feel like home.
