If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

We came down from Chicago for my birthday to just have a weekend of relaxation and no kids haha. Had a great time. The landlord was great and the apartment was as well. My favorite part was the reclining couch which me and my boyfriend couldn't find ourselves not sleeping on every time we was watching tv. Also, the location was perfect for everything we needed to do. Would definitely recommend!

Charming little one bedroom apartment. Perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again! It is so cute. We travel to St. Louis every 5-6 weeks to see our grand baby and are glad we found this place. This was our first stay. The only thing I wish was different was that they had a queen size bed. They only have a full-size and that’s not as comfortable for two people that are used to sleeping in a king. The bed is just small, but the mattress was comfortable, just crowded. They also provided k-cups for the Keurig so we could enjoy coffee each mornings without having to go buy some.
We had an issue with the door code when we first arrived and the host responded immediately and took care of us. Then later contacted us to make sure everything was good for us. Very responsive and we appreciated it. Good experience.
