About this house rental
Following an extensive renovation, this historic, listed half-timbered house is opening its doors to guests who appreciate its unique atmosphere and architecture.
Nestled in the quiet little village of Wilgartswiesen, right on the edge of the Palatinate Forest, there are plenty of opportunities to relax: hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and, of course, enjoying Palatinate cuisine paired with regional wines.
The house is not suitable as a party venue, partly out of consideration for our neighbors, whose peace and quiet is important to us. Unfortunately, due to the layout of the house, it is also unsuitable for children under 16.
The house is ideal for groups of four to six, with a maximum of eight guests (guests 7 and 8 can sleep on a sofa bed in the loft—but do not have their own room).
The kitchen, featuring four hot plates with a built-in range hood, a stove, a microwave, and a De Longhi coffee maker, is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The dining room is also located there.
The house has two bathrooms with an infrared sauna. The washer and dryer are available for use free of charge.
You’ll stay in three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with TVs. An additional sofa bed is located on the loft above the living room.
Above the living room, with its sofa set, the loft opens up to the roof peak, offering a view of the exposed roof trusses.
A lockable barn is available for your bicycles.
Parking is easily available in the courtyard in front of the house.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
