About this house rental
Prime location on lake LBJ with all the comforts of home and close to everything. All Sleeping areas on second floor for peaceful nights and right in the heart of downtown Kingsland near Wake Point and the Colorado / Llano river convergence. Extra large driveway that accommodate an RV or boat trailer. Outdoor backyard space perfect for winding down after a day on the water. We have taken everything into account and want to you to leave your worries at home and come spend some time in our 2 bedroom home. We have a great room on the ground floor with oversized couch for watching TV. There is also a high efficiency washer and dryer for you on the ground floor as well as a half bath and access to the backyard.
Amenities at Relax, Recharge, and Remote at the River Bend, outdoor space and lake views.

Rented house to attend family party in Kingsland. Easiest check-in ever. Clean comfortable house with great location. Watched fireworks and listened to music from across the bridge. Will definately rent again.

The overall experience was amazing. The view of the water on the balcony is awesome. All the linens smelled fresh, the house was spotless. Kevin is such a a great host, he was attentive and down to earth. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I've already booked this place again! If you are considering this place, book it! You won't be disappointed! 💜💚💜💚
