About this chalet rental

This little gem is a warm and comfortable chalet, in European style.
The land is located directly on the river and has private access to the rocks. You are therefore in the front row to observe whales, belugas, seals and all the surrounding nature!
Peace of mind assured.
It is also an excellent place for hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling.
Dogs are welcome. Only one dog per stay and a $75 fee will apply.
The chalet can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room*.
The kitchen is fully equipped and bedding, towels, wifi and firewood for the wood stove are included!
In summer we provide a BBQ for meals on the terrace.
Watch whales come to feed less than 50 feet from the shore (opposite the chalet).
Have a nice stay and a good rest!
*We recommend bringing a sleep mask if you plan to sleep in the living room and are sensitive to morning light.
You will have access to the entire accommodation.
Note :
Please note that there are some steps between the parking lot and the chalet, as well as a slope to access the chalet. For people with reduced mobility, we recommend that you take these elements into consideration before finalizing your reservation.

The cottage is a 5-minute walk from the ferry to Rivière-du-Loup and the sandy beach of St-Siméon. The village offers the following services: grocery store, post office, CLSC, pharmacy, hardware store, convenience store, gas and SAQ.

Cottage was right on the banks of the St Laurence River with full windows for amazing view. The guest house was generally well furnished, the kitchen was very well equipped and with a nice barbecue and deck. One con is the sofa bed needs to be upgraded. It was incredibly uncomfortable to sit in, can’t image sleeping on it.

This cottage was the perfect way for us to wrap up a busy summer of activity. Short drive to Tadoussac for whale watching. We even saw whales and seals from the cottage deck. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.
