About this house rental
This ranch-style farmhouse is set on a quiet country road adjacent to Chatham Hills Country Club with a golf course directly across the street. It has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and 2 XL twin beds) as well as a fully enclosed sunroom with a Pottery Barn memory foam sofa sleeper. There are 2 full bathrooms each with a shower and tub. There is a well-equipped roomy kitchen with a pantry and everything needed to cook or bake including a kitchen table for 6-8 people. There is also another seating area in the sunroom for eating or playing games. There is a study with a desk, a separate reading chair, and a bookcase with many books to enjoy. There are 3 flat screen TVs with complimentary DirecTV for local and basic satellite channels and a DVD player with a variety of movies. There is a small video arcade as well as a Wii gaming system with several games to play. A selection of both classic and contemporary board games and outdoor games including Corn Hole and Spike Ball are also available. The yard is large and includes 2 small water features, an outdoor eating area, a clothes line, many large trees and various birds that frequent the feeders. Baby equipment is available including a high chair and a Pak 'n' Play. Whether you are coming to town for sports , a wedding or other activities you will find "Serenity Now" to be a relaxing home away from home.
