About this house rental
Centrally located modern home w/ 3 bdrms, 2.5 baths, w/d, large backyard & off-street parking! It doesn't get much better than this! Easy access to shopping (Tanger outlet!), golf, dining, CCU, & more! This home has been beautifully updated! There's room to stretch out on the sectional sofa, relax in the king-sized bed, hang out in the peaceful yard, or gather as a family at the dining table for game night!
Split bedroom floorplan offers the occupants of the primary bedroom privacy. King bed with flat screen tv, HUGE closet! There's an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
The other side of the house features 2 more bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other features two twin beds. There is a full bathroom including a tub between these two rooms.
There's access to the backyard through two different optional sliding glass doors; one off the dining area, and the other off the laundry room. Also, off the laundry room, you will find a convenient half bath, and access to the garage where you will find beach chairs to borrow!
The backyard is partially fenced and features a large patio with ample seating and an outdoor ceiling fan!
The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and plenty of cookware.
The living room has a large comfy sectional. There are a few games and books in the closet too!
For your convenience, you will find extras such as a booster seat, a pack n play and throw blankets in the closets.
The space is set up as a second home for the owners, so you should feel right at home too!
The entire place is available for your use, with the exception of a few locked areas, such as a storage closet, and owners closet, the shed outside a few items (in closets or cabinets) clearly marked with owner's names or a sign that states not to use it.
The home is on one level however there are a few steps to get into the home.
There is a car parked in the driveway. This is off-limits. That leaves room for 3 cars to park easily in the driveway. The garage doesn't have room for a full sized vehicle but it could fit a couple of motorcycles. There is a possibility that you will stay on trash day and may be asked to roll the can to and from the street.
Please note:
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as weather, your travel plans, illness, temporary utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.

The overall home was great except heating and hot water problems. First, heating the home was not great, couldn’t get chill out with heat on. Second was rain showers in both showers had no pressure or had to run for 10 min to get at least room temperature. Contacted homeowner and she told us not to use appliances when showering or have both showers running at same time. She also said to space them out. I have owned many homes in my years, I feel they have tank heat turned down too low to conserve on electricity. But it was definitely too low. So we sucked it up and took mostly like warm or cold showers. Her response was less than helpful or concerning. Also no local tv stations available have to use your own Netflix account to watch anything. Home was centrally located and near stores.
