Walk down popular North Ave, Milwaukee Ave and Division St. to explore the many shopping, dining, and nightlife options We are centrally located, close to the Blue Line (airport and downtown access) and a block away from the Kennedy (I90/94 expressway).

In the event the noise alert is activated and/or if unapproved visitors access the property the authorities will be contacted immediately.

Smoking and vaping of ANY substance is prohibited.
Do not leave food or debris that can attract pests.
When checking out do not leave windows open, lights on and doors unlocked.
Please do not cook anything that leaves a lingering odor.

Please take off shoes after entering the unit.
Do not adhere or tape ANYTHING to walls and surfaces.
Do not use white towels, sheets, washcloths to remove make up ($10 fee per towel will be charged).

Loud music, voices, vibrations or any audible disturbance loud enough to disturb neighbors is prohibited.
