It is fully air-conditioned apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an apartment block with access via lift or stairs. Its location, overlooking the beach towards the eastern end of Burriana, means you can be enjoying all the facilities and amenities of the best beach area in Nerja as soon as you leave the apartment building. Nerja town and the famous Balcon area are within 20 minutes walk.

Owner Bibi was friendly and replaced broken Sun loungers.
It would have been good if the apartment could have been checked before we arrived- a number of things were broken- such as Sun loungers, pool cue tips, dripping tap and toilet, water cooler/ice maker, remote control for tv, bin lid

Its terrace is very complete, ready to do any leisure activity and have a good time, very close to Burriana beach
The house has very nice views and is comfortable, we will repeat
