The newly refurbished spacious kitchen and breakfast bar is very well equipped for preparing and cooking meals. The dining area seats up to 6 people and is connected to a bright and comfy living room with an open fire and access to the garden overlooking the beautiful countryside.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:

There is no extra charge during the months of April-September inclusive, and the energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. Between October and March there may be an additional charge, a maximum of €50 per week pro-rata, based on the extra units consumed over those consumed historically, which would be payable from the Security Deposit.

2. Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of €200 cash should be paid at check-in to the local Property Manager on arrival.

3. Minimum and Maximum Stay:

This property requires a 7 nights minimum stay in July-August, a minimum 2 nights stay in other months, with a maximum of 21 nights.
