About this apartment rental
Marvelous apartment with a big terrace to chill and garden, on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool. In a peaceful enviroment frontline La Cala golf, 7th hole Europa Course. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It counts with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, like good WiFi, AC and heating, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Furnished to high standards and nicely decorated.
Located within a 10 minutes drive to the coastal town of La Cala de Mijas.
The terrace is the most enjoyed part of the apartment, it counts with a couple of sunbeds, a sitting chill out area and a dining table that can comfortably sit 6 people.
As you walk into the apartment, you'll find the living room and the open plan kitchen, there are a couple of sofas to watch TV and sit indoors. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher… There are also pans, pots and cooking utensils as well as glasses, dishes and cutlery.
Separated of the living areas, are the bedrooms. The master bedroom has its' own bathroom ensuite. The 2 single beds can be made a double bed putting them together and covering the matresses with a topper.
The complex is well maintained and has an inviting swimming pool, with a small one for little kids. Since it's a small complex the pool is never overcrowded and there is plenty of grass area to settle down. You can see the swimming pool from the terrace. You'll have a private parking space too.
