Cozy 3 bedroom apartment in Residencial Alamar, La Cala de Mijas. The apartment has a good Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. The community is near the beach and the center, in the community there is a swimming pool, parking and paddle/tennis court.
The main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the other two have two single beds each.
The apartment has all the appliances and functionalities to have a pleasant stay.
The apartment has two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a vitro-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc ...
The television in the living room is a SmartTV connected to Wi-Fi in which you can watch Netflix, YouTube or other streaming applications.
There is a terrace with table and chairs to eat there.

La Cala de Mijas is a beautiful town on the coast of La Costa del Sol. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. The closest supermarket is Lidl and it is right outside the complex, it only takes a couple of minutes to walk. In the village there are many pubs and restaurants of all kinds of cuisine. Feel free to ask me for any recommendations.
Having a car is not really necessary, the center is only a 10-minute walk away, as is the beach. And the road is easy, no hills or anything. The Lidl supermarket is just outside the complex, it takes 2 minutes or less to get there.
