You'll have no trouble getting around town by car or public transport. Tram and Av. Infante Santo bus stop and Av. Infante Santo Tram is within walking distance while Airport Business Center is just 21.8 Km away.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Please note there's ongoing construction on the building.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 200€ included.

Great place to stay in the only issue was the place was located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The stairs leading to the apartment were dark and had an old wood smell. However, the apartment is very well located 10 min away from Docas with an awesome view !!
