Location was fantastic, right by the beach but also walkable to the city with a lot of restaurants options nearby!
I loved everything, but this is a WALK up as noted in the listing so if stairs are a challenge for you, you may not like to stay here.

The narrow stairway was poorly lit during the daytime - there were no windows for natural light and the tiny motion activated lights were inadequate. Considering the small cost of electricity using LED bulbs vs the almost $150/ night cost of the room, they could keep the brighter ceiling lights on in the daytime as well as the night. Also, the “Beach view terrace” was inconvenient, requiring that I walk two flights down and then three flights of stairs up to get to from my room.

There was no breakfast and the place need work because I was bitten by mosquitoes everyday that I was there.
The whole room needs to be redone and also not to charge a high price if it is not getting a good cleaning. When I entered the room my 1st night there floor was dirty and my under my feet was black so for the rest of my days there I wore slippers.
