Charming cottage located in Cap Estate - Orchid Cottage home

Somewhat easy to travel to via car, driving through the golf course route. We really loved the location for relaxing (not adventuring), as you are propped up on a Cap Estate hill with a gorgeous view of the bay and sunsets. Very close to a great restaurant called the Naked Fisherman and surrounding cove, Smugglers Cove. We had a lovely check in experience with the property manager and appreciated all of the extensive amenities. Having a washer and dryer is truly above and beyond on vacation! We also really loved the deck overlooking the land, and spent considerable time here. There were many adorable bird visitors.

Sometimes Google Maps would take us another way back to the property which weren't real roads, so we had to turn around. Unavoidable but there were tiny ants and of course, mosquitoes that we had to keep away. You do also have to ensure you aren't overpowering any of the electrical fuses when using any combination of the fan, tv, AC, hair dryer, or phone chargers. I would recommend buying or bringing your own shampoo and conditioner if possible.

The property looks exactly like the photos, very clean and well equipped. The view from the terrace is amazing. Cap estate is a quiet and peaceful area of the island. We loved it!
