I loved the pool area and the views from the balcony were incredible. The staff was kind and helpful, and the location is perfect!

Very nice resort with a nice pool and hotel area, very calming place and close to the beach (they have a private beach). The room was very big and everything was nice and clean. One of the things that stood out is the staff, they where really nice and always checked in with us. Could really recommend this resort!

Good to point out is that we where here in the low season, so I guess it will be even better in the high season, would be nice with another lunch menu we did not have all inclusive).

Location .. it is situated in the middle of building site .. the boulevard and beach are being excavated so there is nothing to do

This is going to be a long review but here it goes: Firstly would like to give a 10/10 to the manager Rigers at Regina Palm. He made sure we were comfortable and was there for us when we needed help with anything. He would constantly check in on us regarding food, staff and and overall experience. My friends and I would like to extend a huge thank you to all the staff members but here are a few names we remember - Ori, Ferman (surely thats not the correct spelling), Alexa and the two girls she was always with at the reception, Gersy and the rest who always had smiles on their faces we were scared it would even hurt because everyone would just smile from the first day we came in to the last day we left. The food was INCREDIBLE. The Chefs made fresh food from scratch while we waited. Honestly we were treated like royalty there. Everyone was super nice in the kitchen. The chefs outdid themselves with the menu. The Risotto and shrimp pasta were top of our list as well as the huge variety of food for the breakfast. While the drinks were super nice, a little more variety with the cocktails for an ultra all inclusive package would have been nice- the options were there just not for the all inclusive package we had (especially for those of us who like sweet cocktails). However the mock tails were super nice and the bartenders would freestyle to give us a variety of them. We had a good room with the pool view from one end and beach view from the other which was the best view overall. The beach had a nice scenic view as well. I could go on and on but everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, the cleaners were super friendly and would clean our rooms to the T. Overall, our experience was more than we expected. The resort itself looks WAY MORE BEAUTIFUL in person than in the uploaded pictures. The artistry of it all, the decor, the ambience (a smooth jazzy sound would play all day), the pool with the changing colors at night.

Everything was in order. We liked the modern facilities, the staff, food, care, and cleanliness.

A bit too expensive. With the same amount of money you can enjoy a similar holiday in much more exclusive places.

Staff need to be charged immediately they give us a key. We went to the room was other people sleeping in the room. and then give us another room we go to bed then other people walk in our room.

Plutôt décevant pour un hôtel de cette gamme. Chambre exigu avec 2 chaises et une table sur le balcon mais impossible de s'asseoir car pas d'espace pour les jambes. Un palmier est planté dans un bac et occupe la moitié du petit balcon

Lumière automatique si on se lève la nuit. Une horreur pour vous couper le sommeil. Extracteur d'air trop légère et vos serviettes restent humides. Plaintes qui se décollent et mur tâché. Bref plus que décevant. L'hôtel semble pourtant tout neuf et certaines chambres ont des balcons corrects . Peut-être qu'il aurait fallu a garder celle-là pour stocker les draps. À 174 € la chambre j'ai connu mieux.

Δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου η βόλτα με το καράβι 🚢 που κάναμε για να δούμε της επιλεγμένες παραλίες και καθόλου το φαγητό που μας άφησε το καράβι στο καταμπουρουν που πήγαμε εάν το ονομάζω σωστά … ενώ είμασταν με πακέτο all inclusive μας χρέωσαν της ξαπλώστρες και στοφαγητό της σαλάτες ,εάν επιλέξουμε να πάμε στο ξενοδοχείο Θα πήγαινα πολύ ευχαρίστως ξανά και ξανά γιατί εκεί ήμουν ευχαριστημένη αλλά δεν θα επέλεγα την βόλτα του νησιού με το καραβάκι εκεί δε μουΘα πήγαινα πολύ ευχαρίστως ξανά και ξανά γιατί εκεί ήμουν ευχαριστημένη αλλά δεν θα επέλεγα την βόλτα του νησιού με το καραβάκι εκεί δε μου άρεσε

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Ich hatte All-Inclusive gebucht – das Essen war gut, das Personal freundlich und die Anlage insgesamt sauber.

Die Lage war eher abgelegen. Am Abend konnte man nicht viel unternehmen – dafür musste man extra nach Vlora fahren. Das Essen hatte nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl, was ich bei dem Preis nicht erwartet hätte. Auch das Meerwasser war nicht so klar wie in Vlora oder Dhermi.

Unser Aufenthalt war mehr als perfekt ich danke den Manager Team für alles und freue mich auf die nächsten Sommer Ferien

Sehr Freundliches Personal. Das Personal bemüht sich den Gästen zu helfen wo es geht. Hotel nähe am Strand. Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Parkplatz im Hotel vorhanden. Lift führt bis Parkgarage. Extrem gute Kuchen. Klimaanlage ist sehr stark. Wird innert 3-5min kühl. Personal hat uns innert 10min neue Handtücher für die Dusche am Nachmittag organisiert weil wir die Reinigung des Zimmers 2x vergessen hatten.

Unsere Anreise verzögerte sich verkehrsbedingt auf 21:00 Uhr. Leider war das Zimmer trotz Check-in-Zeit ab 15:00 Uhr noch nicht fertiggereinigt. Im Kühlschrank fanden sich eine geöffnete Red-Bull-Dose und Medikamente, auf dem Boden lagen Nüsse. Der Reinigungsdienst musste umgehend erneut ins Zimmer. Währenddessen wurden wir gebeten zu warten, erst warteten wir draussen und dann an der Lobby. 30 Minuten lang hat uns niemand bediente. Dan haben wir den Sitzplatz geändert. Erst 10 Minuten vor Schließung der Bar bekamen wir ein Getränk, das wir selbst bezahlen mussten, trotz 50 Minuten Wartezeit wegen der verzögerten Zimmerübergabe. Viele Entschuldigungen, aber keine Form der Wiedergutmachung. Das ist enttäuschend, da ein gewisses Maß an Gastfreundschaft und Entgegenkommen erwartet wird. Information und Kommunikation waren insgesamt mangelhaft: Wir wurden nicht richtig eingeführt und erfuhren erst zufällig, was im Preis enthalten war (z. B. 1 Freigetränk an der Bar oder am Strand). Auch der Pool auf dem Dach war nicht erkennbar freigegeben, keine Hinweise, keine Infos. Das Personal am Strand war sehr freundlich, doch durch Sprachbarrieren erschwerte sich die Verständigung deutlich. -Das Team insgesamt war sehr Jung, wirkte überfordert und unorganisiert. Hier fehl die Schulung des Personals. Kein Generalmanager vor Ort. Jeder ist mal für alles zuständig. Beim Check-out: keine Möglichkeit Geld zu wechseln, Gäste wurden vergessen, erneut Wartezeiten. Kleines Chaos und Überfordert. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war stark verbesserungswürdig: Technische Mängel: defekter Kühlschrank.Licht ging aber der Kühlschrank kühlte nicht. 2er TV ohne Programme oder Anschluss, Fernbedienung und Safe ohne Batterien, Licht ging nachts unkontrolliert an, mehrfach Stromausfall (auch nachts, was uns aus dem Schlaf riss). Klimaanlage stellte sich dann automatisch auf 26Grad. Wir wachten verschwitzt auf. Hygieneprobleme: Decken ohne Überzüge, nur ein loses Laken(unhygienisch).

השירות גרוע. אין סנכרון בכלל בין הצוות. קבלה, חדר אוכל - אחרי שביקשנו שינקו אחרי האורחים שישבו לפנינו, חצי שעה אמרו כן כן ובסוף כלום. (ניקינו בעצמנו). מגבות לבריכה - תשלמו עלייהן 10 אירו לכל מגבת פיקדון לקבלה במזומן בלבד, ואחרי שמחזירים את המגבת תקבלו זיכוי. מעייף מאוד חיכינו 20 דקות למגבות בקבלה, הפקיד הלך לחפש, נעלם ובסוף התייאשנו.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel cinq étoiles dont le cadre est absolument magnifique. L’environnement est paisible, parfaitement entretenu, et l’architecture extérieure très bien pensée. Les chambres sont spacieuses, luxueuses et globalement très propres, ce qui contribue largement au confort du séjour. Les plats servis étaient excellents et la cuisine vraiment savoureuse.

Cependant, nous avons été un peu déçues par certains aspects du service, notamment en restauration. Lors des déjeuners et dîners, le personnel en salle manquait parfois d’amabilité ou de compréhension linguistique, ce qui rendait les échanges plus compliqués. De plus, plusieurs desserts ou plats indiqués sur la carte n’étaient pas disponibles. Une carte plus courte mais mieux approvisionnée pourrait être une bonne solution. Le petit-déjeuner, quant à lui, était principalement salé, avec peu d’options sucrées et pas toujours de très bonne qualité à mon sens. Le point qui nous a le plus dérangés concerne l’intimité dans les chambres : malgré le signalement « Ne pas déranger », certaines femmes de ménage entraient sans frapper ni attendre de réponse. Un aspect à revoir impérativement.

Un’esperienza rilassante al Regina Palm Resort – Valona Ho trascorso una notte al Regina Palm Resort e ho scelto una suite con jacuzzi, che ha superato ogni mia aspettativa. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto silenziosa. Il letto era estremamente comodo, perfetto per un sonno profondo e rigenerante. Il punto forte della mia permanenza è stato senza dubbio il jacuzzi con vista mozzafiato sul mare – un vero tocco di lusso che regala relax assoluto. Per cena ho gustato degli spaghetti ai frutti di mare davvero deliziosi, preparati alla perfezione, con ingredienti freschi e sapori autentici. Il servizio è stato eccellente. Un ringraziamento speciale va anche allo staff professionale e cordiale, che al mattino mi ha offerto gentilmente un ottimo caffè 😊. In sintesi, un soggiorno davvero piacevole che consiglio a chiunque cerchi tranquillità, comfort e un po’ di lusso fronte mare a Valona. Ci tornerò con molto piacere!

Door werken verbleven we niet in Regina Palm maar werd ons een alternatief aangeboden in Regina Blu. Hele mooie, ruime kamers met mooi uitzicht. Uitgebreid, verzorgd ontbijt in buffetvorm.

We zijn doorgestuurd door Regina blu naar Regina palm resort, wat super zeg! Eerst op booking na het boeken, gelezen dat het zwembad van 25 april 25 tot 31 okt 25 dicht zou zijn, hier schokken we van, maar eenmaal aangekomen kwamen we aan bij een super mooi resort met een mooi en groot zwembad die gewoon open was! Heel vriendelijk geholpen bij de receptie en al het ander personeel deed ook veel om je te helpen. Helaas was het strand nog in opbouw maar dat was voor deze ene dag niet erg want we hadden het mega zwembad met heerlijke bedjes. Ontbijt was prima met verschillende soorten drinken en koffie, en prima keus in brood, Croissants, pannekoekjes, gebakken eieren ect. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de kamers waren super groot en mooi. Echt een mooi resort met mooie uitstraling.

Hotel neu und modern, saubere und grossräumige Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, Top Lage, eigener Strand. Super Preis-und Leistungsverhältnis. Alles bestens.

Es gibt nichts negatives zu erwähnen.

L’établissement est juste magnifique, nous avons pu y séjourner même pas une semaine après sont ouverture. Très belle déco, chambre confortable, personnelle agréable et au petit soin. Petit déjeuner varié. Très jolie piscine et plage juste en face. J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. +++ pour la déco au coup du jour hyper tendance 🥰

Manque quelques détails, tel que : accroche serviette et papier toilette, je remets en cause que l’hôtel vient d’ouvrir ces portes et que les finitions n’ont pas encore été installé. Un peu loin du centre ville, après tout dépend de que vous recherchez si c’est la tranquillité vous y êtes n’attendez plus et réservez.
