Well equipped with everything you might need. Pool wonderful- the view is amazing.
The third bedroom is actually a separate apartment downstairs with separate entrance and no pool access. this could be problem for a family with young children thinking they have a 3 bed villa.
Also one bedroom ground floor and one upstairs so again, factor this in if have younger children.
Location- you may need a car in my opinion- about a 20-30 minute walk to both Argostoli or Lassi- all downhill, so the walk back is tough especially in the heat.
Taxis were reliable - about 10 euro from town to the Villa

Location, view and most of the facilities
Someone came round to get the BBQ working but it never work for the whole week. It took us three days to get the lights on - on the cooker as the owner needed to get back to the letting agent. For anymore hiring the villa pull the hood towards you. Three days to get a hot shower too

Fabulous pool, lovely ocean view. Great facilities including table tennis.
Third bedroom was in a separate apartment underneath the main floor, with a separate entrance so we could not use it with young kids.
