The house was very close to the wedding venue and very easy to find. Easy to access the home and had all the comforts we needed.
The listing indicated no extra charge for pets however when inquiring found out an additional $100 cleaning fee would be applied for bringing a pet. That info would have been helpful to indicate on the listing. We decided to make alternate arrangements for our pet. The towels were abit on the thin side.

The house was spacious and the kitchen was very functional.
The furniture was pretty, very uncomfortable, dining chairs missing screws, couch dirty with dog hair, and stools had dirt stains on them. My daughter opened her bed and there were red stains on the sheets and a couple of hairs under pillow.
Upon entry to the master bedroom, there was no electricity there and in the bathroom. We notified the owner on the emergency line after waiting for almost 1 hour on the regular number. He finally replied asking more details. I never heard back from him that day!!! Then I still didn't hear back and sent a message over booking. He responded eventually the next day at approximately 10 am. He told me he had an electrician coming at 12 pm. He never came. Only the owner came for about 5 minutes. And he was late. We had to change our family plans because we had to be there for someone to come. Then he called me and made some excuse and now he was coming at 7 am on the Sunday. I got up early and the guy (who wasn't professionally dressed) and nothing to identify him, came past 8 am with no explanation. I expressed my concern to the owner.
I had also sent several messages to the owner to put salt down outside due to extreme icy conditions the last couple of days. My daughter who is pregnant slipped twice but was held up by her husband and her dad. My messages were ignored for 2 days; until I got his reply that all stores were out of salt. I am sure he had some at his house...I suggested sand and dirt then. Anything to help, and nothing from him. In fact I went in to a couple of stores and there were in fact lots of salt choices around. By that time it was a little better on the day before we left.
By the way I asked a question 3 times via booking about my little dogs coming and my question was ignored for almost 3 months! The listing originally said, pets stay at no extra charge and now that changed. He wanted to charge me extra and I held my ground. Booking personnel said that original listing was what I had said.
