値段の割には清潔感、設備がよかったです。 プールが良かった。特にスライダー。

宿泊客の大半が日本人なのに、日本語を理解できるスタッフが皆無だった。 言葉遣いや表情は丁寧だが対応自体は普通。 プールは良くも悪くもルール厳しめ。

悪天候でも快適に過ごせた

エレベーターから部屋まで遠かった

子供たちはホテル内で十分に楽しめました。特にプールがすごかったです！

部屋の清掃が行き届いていなかった。ホテル内でで全て済ませることができるが、割高になる。

Facilities

Paid a lot for my room and view from my window was garbage skip and very disappointing and the staff didn’t seem to care the staff although nice ver and very unwilling to help or care that the customer feels disappointed room view was very disappointing and quite shocking that they think that is ok to give to someone but just didn’t seem to care and it was like ok well tough luck asking for certain things like just ironing for laundry one staff member said yes no problem another said no we don’t have and that’s it anything you asked about or said you were unhappy with they didn’t say oh sorry let me find out let me try to help you they just said NO to everything also a lot of staff in facilities around in the mall etc very very rude and unfriendly for the money that you pay very disappointing I needed lat check out and had to pay quote a lot for that too I would not stay there again
