The location is very central and in a very safe area--two blocks away from Paseo de Montejo. The check in/out was easy--codes to enter main gate and apartment worked great. A place to park, and very clean premises. The apartment was small but enough for my needs (#5 and 6, but prefer 6!). Both had balconies and were pleasant. Lots of natural light, basics in the kitchen area, plenty of towels too.
There is construction around so it can get a bit noisy if you are in the apartment during the day, but there are plenty of cafes to work at. And the hot water was in low supply, but host offered to check on it.

Toll eingerichtet kleine Wohnungen. Wir konnten nach der 2. Nacht auch die Wohnung wechseln.
Die Fenster halten nicht den Straßenlärm zurück. Im Zimmer zur Straße war es laut, auch Nachts. Die Straße ist dauerhaft befahrbar. Bessere Fenster wären hier besser gewesen. Die große Baustelle war zum Glück gerade nicht aktiv. Die Wohnung zum Garten sind etwas leiser. Wir hatten auch weiterr Probleme, weshalb wir eher ausgezogen sind.
