I stayed 4 nights here. Great location, it is in the middle of the island. I don't drive so for me was important to be able to walk anywhere. It is true that reaching any beach by foot might take some time (e.g Aow Yai 35min) but it is possible. Also, there are food options and a supermarket in walking distance.
The hostel is clean and a good place to meet fellow travelers.
They charge extra for bottom bunk.
There was no cleaning on Sunday.
Overpriced: for the same price you can get a private room elsewhere.
The upper bunk is very high, it is difficult climbing it and I was afraid of falling.

Das Personal war sehr nett, ich hatte eine sehr gute Unterkunft für einen guten Preis.
Keine Klimaanlage, wodurch es auch nachts sehr warm war im Zimmer und ich nicht so gut schlafen konnte
