Good proximity to the city center without having to pay the price of being in the city center. A 10 minute walk to the light rail station and then a 10 minute ride got us there or else a $10 on Uber would get us comfortably there. The construction felt very new and modern in an up and coming neighborhood - but they're still waiting on the "coming" part. It's a nice, cozy spot worth the price when compared accommodations in the city center.
The power outlets were not at all sufficient for fast-charging USB-C plugs. Had to settle for slow-charging powerbanks over night.
Additionally, the "second" bed, the sofabed in the living room, was very uncomfortable. We had to find creative ways to soften the cushion, particularly of the middle bar.
