A great location. The owner was easy to deal with, courteous and helpful. The description online is accurate enough.
It is tiny. There's no air-conditioning. When we arrived in a June heatwave, it was over 30° inside.

The view, and the studio itself. It's super convenient to access by tram, close to the centre and the train/ bus station by foot. The owner was so helpful, and super quick responding to messages, thank you!
The street where the building is did not always feel peaceful, and some evenings there was a lot of shouting/ fighting on the street. However the studio being on the top floor, you do feel very safe.

- 5 étage sans ascenseur ( non précisé dans l annonce )
- pas de balcon comme sur la photo ( prise du palier entre 2 étages)
- téléviseur qui ne fonctionne pas ( à moins que je ne sache pas utiliser une télécommande)
- boîte à clé difficile
