Cockroaches were in the apartment, killed about two.

Lovely and cozy apartment in a great location. The gym is well equipped and it has a nice rooftop pool.

Check in process should be improved.

24hr Security tight and there’s always someone at the reception.

Maybe extra bedding+towels if booked for more than 4days

Centrally located downtown Cape Town CBD, close to the main streets with many shops/restaurants in the vicinity. Nice sleek modern design, relatively spacious apartment.

- no A/C, how can a modern rental unit not come with an A/C unit ? very uncomfortable during the peak summer heat - key collection was rather unaccommodating, there were timing intervals given to collect the keys, the guests had to abide by these periods. Even when the unit was cleaned up early, we couldn't get an early check in. - blocked out and claustrophobic views, noisy surrounding streets at night. - requested an extra stand fan, confirmed by hosts, but nothing came about after several nights.
