It’s really bad communication. I went to reception and asked to check in. They told me to wait till 3pm (I was early). Then I went again at 3.05pm They said the room wasn’t ready. I texted the owner. He said the room was ready. It’s a big confusion, and I waited till 4 o’clock. Still wasn’t sorted out. They said they would send someone, and he would be 10 minutes late. But no one turned up. Reception came at 4.10 and told me the room was ready. When I checked in, the apartment was already 4.30. Also hot water not working and I could shower.they send someone next day.

After speaking with the owner it was apparent he didn’t give a damn

We booked this accommodation because of its location. We had been travelling for 15 hours and wanted to freshen up. Both the bath and the shower did not work and both basins did not have a working plug so as to hold water. We reported the situation several times to management and the apartment reception. After 28 hours of nothing happening we checked out and spent the hole of our next day trying to get somewhere els to stay.

This problem was not a new problem both the bathroom and kitchen had leaks on the ceiling and it was apparent it had been leaking for some time.

Location was great, easy to get to everything

The showers run cold after around 5 minutes. We visited in January so still needed the warmth! Despite calling maintenance who fobbed us off about the boiler switch - it made no difference to the temperature. The W/c has had a leak and needs redecorating, it’s in a bit of a mess.

Location

Disappointing When entering Al Bateen Apt. 2006 for a 12-day stay we noticed that half of the lights were not working, one toilet did not flush and the other one kept dripping after flushing. Furthermore there was a hole in the bath tub causing the bathroom floor to be flooded. There were two bath towels provided for 12 days and no beach towels. Kitchen equipment was poor, e.g. two coffee mugs with 2 spoons, a frying pan without handle, no dishwasher. A kitchen not meant for cooking. The AC only had one on/off switch for the whole apartment. The view on The Walk and the sea was very nice although hindered by the living room windows not cleaned in a long time. There was a small balcony but the many AC devices on the next door Sheraton hotel caused a 24/7 noise that made sitting outside not very inviting. Sheraton also almost every day organized weddings, parties and team building sessions in their garden with the associated noise. A few shortcomings were fixed by the real estate agency but the overall price/quality ratio was very poor. We will certainly not return to Al Bateen.

The location was excellent, the apartment is big and room , confortable but needs attention

the Host were not visible and took many messages to respond. It was a big filtration in the bathroom where pieces of sealing were falling off; also in the second room, it was an unbearable noise coming from fire system; whee calling host, somebody came to fix but, neither the filtration or noise were fixed, on the opposite hot water was removed, so last day we didnt have hot water. its a pity because apartment and location are great but need some attention

Overall, our stay was okay since we enjoy being in JBR

The location and view are amazing, and the pool was also a highlight of our stay.

the apartment itself was slightly disappointing. It is quite old and not as the photos suggested. There was a persistent bad smell inside the apartment and in the hallways, which seems to come from the age of the building. For the rental fee, we expected a higher quality apartment and better standards of cleanliness. The Wi-Fi was also very weak, which made it difficult to use.

sofa bed for my children was warn out on the middle of the sofa bed was very low in the middle and give my children a vey uncomfortable sleep and a back pain there’s no washing line to dry our clothes no enough towels I have ask the property manager to send me a washing line the answer was you need to pay more money i have replied and said it’s not everything about money the floor wasn’t clean the carpet wasn’t clean the balcony wasn’t clean the front door inside very damaged not very nice

I can say nothing

Check in took more than two hours The security refused to let me in without email confirmation. Host is rude, and kept blaming me for what happened. Never ever book at this place again even for free. Shower is broken No tissue Refused to let me in or accept my request for cancellation Host is very rude and does not answer the phone. She said “Someone else is sending the email” What’s going on with these people?

As a sum up, all went on well and was nice

The facility location and size were excellent, a well size apartment for a family of four is excellent, view was nice though a partial building was in front of the apartment.

We faced a problem with the heater in one of the baths, and frankly it was not fixed at time, thus, this should have been checked prior to our arrival.

The location is amazing, great view from the Dubai Marina, the pool and private beach area the best! The kitchen has all utensils and tools, and they left some tea and coffee for us there. Perfect!

There is a big window with an amazing view from the Marina. But it was dirty, I wish I could clean it, but the window seems to be locked.

We enjoyed our stay. Once the booking was confirmed, we received clear instructions on how to reach the property, check in, and use the facilities. Upon arrival, the host was waiting for us in the lobby to assist with the check-in process. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering an amazing view and well-equipped amenities. I highly recommend this place.

Lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania oraz odpoczynku na plaży na bardzo duży plus. Piękny widok z apartamentu na miasto i plaże. Apartament miał wszystko czego potrzeba na 5-6 dniowe wypady.

Na duży plus zasługuje Dostęp do basenu, wyjście na plażę z leżakami tylko dla gości rezydencji oraz przejście do samego morza. W obiekcie jest także dobrze wyposażona siłownia - korzystałem i było ok.

Prosečno, uz dobru lokaciju za odmor uz plažu.

Lokacija je na plaži. Apartman ima svoja 2 parking mesta ukoliko iznajmite kola. Prostran, svetao, čist. Od opreme ima uglavnom sve osnovno uz snalaženje. Bazen čist, radi do 10 PM. Imao dovoljno ležaljki (van sezone). Teretana ok, nisam koristio.

Komunikacija bi mogla biti bolja, 2 broja postoje sa delimično različirim informacijama i zahtevima.. Zahteva se slika pasoša prilikom rezervacije, a to nije naglašeno prilikom bukiranja, tako da smo morali čekati na licu mesta i tu doplaćivati dodatno turističke takse (nisu navedene prilikom rezervacije i plaćanja. Uređaji u apartmanu su bili isključeni, bez neophodnih adaptera za ruter (utičnice britanske, ne evropske). Internet se često prekida po 5 do 10 minuta. Najveća brzina 150 Mbs, ali retko postiže. Spremačica budi ujutru na dan odlaska oko 10, iako je plaćen kasni check out. Jedna magnetna kartica, tako da se mora pozivati, ako se razdvojite, ili zamoliti obezbeđenje, ako vas poznaju. U kuhinji postoji samo šerpa od 1 i 10 litara i ni jedna srednje veličine. Nedovoljno utičnica, pa ako se koriste mikrotajasna i ketler, moraju naizmenično. Pregorelo svetlo u master kupatilu (zatekli prilikom ulaska i tako ostalo kad otišli).

لم يعجبني شي والشقه فيها روائح كريهه ولا انصح احد بالاقامه فيه والخدمات سيئه جداااا جدا جدا جدا

اذا تبي نصيحه لا تفكر انك تسكن فيه نهائيا واكبر غلطه في حياتي اني اخترت هذا السكن واذا اخترته راح تعاني من سوء التعامل و الروائحه الكريهه والنظافه تخيل انه لا يوجد سيفتي بوكس ولا مناشف ولا استشوار ولا حتى مياه للشرب ولا شي يستحق السكن فيه
