Die Lage! Alles füssläufig erreichbar. Eine kleine Oase mitten im Zentrum. SEHR netter Gastgeber! Alles vorhanden, nichts hat gefehlt...
Parking direkt vor dem Haus möglich, etwas eng aber machbar. Viele wären Insektennetze eind lohnende Investition!

Sehr netter Gastgeber, große geräumige Wohnung mit kleinem sehr gepflegten Garten. Lage ist perfekt um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Restaurants, Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäfte nur weniger Schritte entfernt.
Baulärm ab 7:30 Uhr und teilweise bis nachts 2 Uhr. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück befindet sich eine Großbaustelle auf der sicherlich noch min. 1 Jahr gebaut wird. Küchenschränke teilweise defekt, Licht im Esszimmer sehr dunkel.
