the apartment was spotless and exceptionally clean and well maintained. Rada our host checked in on us and made us feel very welcome. it was very modern and plenty of room for 4 of us. we asked for broom as we couldnt find one but after asking she dropped round with her hoover and insisted she cleaned we were on too happy to do it ourselves as we made the mess... too many greek pastries.. perfectly located near to bus stop and metro good gregorys coffee 2 min walk and plenty of shops...

if i were to add anythng was roof top pool was heavenly but you have to be careful climbing out as one of the residents slipped on the wet tiles..would recommend a handrail fitted but thats the only negative i have ...

Spacious and clean, staff member was really nice and helpful. Shared pool which was nice and clean.

One of our bathroom doors was broken and didn’t close. Location was a bit far out of centre but easy enough with train station nearby.

Lejligheden var lidt slidt, men vi var der jo ikke ret meget.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Stadtviertel von Athen und unweit der wichtigen Stadtbahnlinie. Auch mit dem Taxi (über Uber) kommt man überall leicht hin. Unmittelbar bei der Ferienwohnung befindet sich eine schöne Frühstücksgelegenheit und ebenfalls unweit kann man gut und kräftig dinieren (im Kebab um die Ecke) und Fassbier trinken. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und (vielleicht zu) modern ausgestattet.

Wifi hat nicht funktioniert. Der Vermieter hat auf Anfrage via Booking hin lediglich Reparaturanweisungen verlauten lassen. Wir sind aber keine Fernmeldemonteure, sondern wollen nur urlauben. Das ist nicht in Ordnung! Die Beschreibung der Schlüsselübergabe war irreführend und wohl nicht mehr aktuell. Auch der vom Vermieter organisierte Taxifahrer hat das nicht hinbekommen. Auch das ist nicht in Ordnung! Die Klimatisierung und die Warmwasserversorgung ist SMART. Allerdings ist man ohne hochkomplexe Anleitung (die auch nicht vorlag) auf die Voreinstellungen angewiesen. So schaltete sich die Klimaanlage einfach ab, obwohl es über 26 Grad war. Ein Einschalten konnte nur über die hochkomplexe und nicht ansatzweise intuitiv zu bedienende Wohnungsteuerung erzielt werden. Auch das ist nicht in Ordnung! Auch die Duscharmaturen waren für uns zu komplex. Obwohl neu, weist die Wohnung viele Baumängel auf (lockere Haken und Griffe usw.). Die vorgenannten Punkte führen zur Abwertung.
