The location is how it looks on the pictures.
It's not in the best area of copacabana. A straight above is more like a favela. Luckily walking tk the beach was fine. There is a metro infront that helps out. However the buildings itself is not well maintained, mostly locals living here. If you are not easily afraid, it's alright. But not recommended for girls.
