Villa Faya On The First Ocean Line With New Heated Pool

The location of the villa was good, walking distance to some local bars etc and 5 minutes to the Super Dino supermarket. We walked into town a couple of nights and took about 20 minutes. Villa clean and well equipped with everything you need. They supplied water and some chocolates and cakes on arrival with was nice and also provided pool towels which was great. Nina allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in which was helpful. We would definitely book again if we came back to the area.

The location was perfect. About 20 minutes walk into Los Cristianos and a further 25 minutes walk into Las Americas Everything you needed was there in the property. Nina was very helpful and waited for us as our experience of getting through customs was horrendous.

Even though the view out to sea was amazing, the rocks in front of the property hosted a nudist beach. It didn’t bother us too much, but if you have small children, it might be an issue. There does seem to be a lot of nude men. And the resident. Tree Man. Lives in the underpass near the villa. Also, there was no outdoor beakers for the pool just the glasses. We did find a large piece of glass in the pool which didn’t come from us The pool temperature was cold We did ask Nina if she could help and she came round and turned it up so we couldn’t use the pool the first night. The pool man came Saturday and whatever Nina did he undid and the rest of the week the pool was cold. It’s definitely not heated.

Location is quiet with lovely views but close enough to restaurants etc for evening activities. Villa is well equipped, clean and spacious.
