Ļoti plaša māja ar dārzu, terasi un visu nepieciešamo, lai ģimene, ja nepieciešams, pagatavotu maltīti, izmazgātu drēbes, pavadītu laiku kopā. Ērti noparkot auto pagalmā. Radās sajūta, ka mājai tiek veidots īpašs stāsts, bet tas vēl ir tapšanas stadijā: uzrunāja koka gulta, vecā kumode virtuves zonā, sālslampas visā mājā. Līdz Energylandia 20 min brauciens ar auto.
Patīkamākai dārza izmantošanai būtu vēlējusies nopļautu zāli, bet, tā kā tuvojās lielais karstuma vilnis, pieļauju, ka zāle netika pļauta apzināti.
