Anunțul s-a respectat în totalitate. Gazda și-a consumat din timp și ne-a ajutat cu toate solicitările făcute, deși era plecată în delegație cu serviciul, semn că este o persoană dedicată clientului oricând, la nevoie. A fost un sejur superb, cu multe locuri de vizitat și de văzut, mai ales că locația cazării este exact lângă un hub cultural, Teatrul Nației, cum puține găsești prin țară.
Puținele neplăceri care au existat s-au rezolvat în integralitate la fața locului printr-o strânsă comunicare cu gazda. Nu avem niciun reproș de făcut.

Locația minunată. Un apartament curat, foarte curat chiar, mobilat cu bun gust, utilat cu tot ce este necesar . Proprietarii super ok. Cu siguranță atunci când vom reveni în Ploiești vom face rezervare din nou la White Deluxe Apartment. Ca fost agent de turism pot spune ca este un exemplu de asa da unitate de cazare. Felicitări din suflet proprietarilor!

The apartment was spacious, very clean and tidy. Everything felt fresh and newly renovated. The building is new and modern, with easy access. Parking right next to the building was a big plus and it was free of charge. We had a car, so getting around was easy and convenient. The gentleman in charge was very kind and helpful and assisted us with check-in late in the evening, which we really appreciated.
There was no electric kettle, which is a very basic and important item for an apartment. The blanket was quite thin and we felt cold during the night. It is the beginning of January, so the temperature was low, and we were not sure if the heating was working properly. It was also cold in the bathroom – I had to warm up under the shower. Additionally, the heating system was quite noisy when it turned on.
