Modern and functional, plenty of space and comfortable lounge area, plus great tv and facilities.

Old food was left in the fridge, road outside is very busy and got loud early in the morning, some ankle socks left lying around as well.

Clean and comfortable

A couple of small glitches which I informed the owner about. Pretty minor and easily fixed.. Toaster not working and a rather loose front door lock

Size of property was good and seemed fairly clean. Close to Dudley for the tourist attractions.

Very noisy location with 'boy racers' and drunk people outside all hours - all heard clearly in the house due to single glazing. Wouldn't recommend for families with younger children as ours struggled to sleep due to noise. House needs updating with damp around the windows, wallpaper peeling etc.
