The most horrible experience we have ever had renting on booking.com

The refrigerator did not close properly, causing constant condensation – all our food was standing in water. There were old food items from previous guests left in the freezer. The trash bin contained strongly smelling food waste from previous guests (see photo). There was a baby cot in the accommodation with a heavily soiled mattress (see photo). The dryer filter had clearly not been cleaned for a very long time (see photo). There was only one used, completely wet dish towel available. Bed linen and towels were damp and smelled musty, which is hardly surprising given the condition of the dryer filter. The light in the main bathroom did not work. The guest toilet was clearly not cleaned. The washing machine contained unwashed towels (see photo). The entire apartment smelled musty and moldy. The main bathroom showed clearly visible mold (see photos). The bedroom could not be darkened and did not provide privacy even with the blind fully lowered (see photo).

Perfect vacation property for a short getaway

Friendly and punctual contact and meeting with the host for key pickup. Very new and modern facilities. All the comforts of home were available. Would gladly visit again in the future.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nähe von S-Bahn und Stadt Ahrensburg. Die Wohnung ist sauber und moderne. Die Ausstattung ist gut.

Ist nur für Familien mit Kindern mit mehr als 2 Personen zu nutzen, da das 2. Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Der beschriebene Garten ist mit einem Bauzaun umgeben und nur als Austritt zu nutzen. Insgesamt gut ausgestattet aber nichts für Ferien oder mehr als nur Schlafen. Dafür ist der Preis viel zu hoch. Leider habe ich auch nach mehrmaligen Bachfragen keine Rechnung erhalten, sehr ärgerlich!

Naja…

Geräumige Zimmer, moderner Ausstattung & Einrichtung, schnelles WLAN

Als wir um 21:30 in die Unterkunft kamen, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Betten nicht frisch überzogen waren (an Flecken, Haare, Geruch erkennbar). Ich habe daraufhin direkt den Vermieter telefonisch kontaktiert, der nicht sonderlich beeindruckt davon war und uns das Gefühl vermittelte, uns nicht wirklich ernst zu nehmen, da die Servicekräfte ja mittags da waren und Falten nach dem Waschen normal sind. Er stimmte zu die Servicekräfte zu kontaktieren, um es zu klären. Dann passierte erstmal 20min gar nichts, bis wir uns erneut telefonisch nach dem aktuellen Stand erkundigen mussten. Hier haben wir dann das Angebot erhalten, dass binnen 45min eine Servicekraft kommen kann und die vermeidlich alten Bezüge wechseln würde… gesagt getan. Ca. 1h später kam die Servicekraft & überzog uns die Betten neu, was man dann auch deutlich am Waschmittelgeruch erkennen konnte (leider waren die Laken in einem abgeschlossenen Schrank, sonst hätten wir es auch selbst gemacht). Lustigerweise war dies derselbe Mann wie Nachmittags, den wir beim Koffer abstellen angetroffen haben und nun meinte „da hat wohl jemand nicht richtig gearbeitet“. In der Zwischenzeit hatten wir die Waschmaschine der Unterkunft geprüft - hier war dann sehr deutlich, dass nur 8 Handtücher & 1x Bettwäsche nach Abreise der letzten Gäste gewaschen wurden und die Bettwäsche für die drei übrigen Betten (=unsere Betten) nicht gewaschen wurde. Für einen Preis / Nacht über 200€ erwarte ich (zumindest) hygienische und saubere Zustände und falls mal etwas schief geht, dann auch die nötige Empathie und das angebrachte Verständnis. Wir wurden nichts ernst genommen und der Tausch der Bettwäsche erst nach Nachfrage und eher widerwillig ermöglicht. Nach Abreise haben wir nach einer Preisminderung gefragt - wir sollten mit 25€ abgespeist werden und obendrein noch eine gute Bewertung geben. Hier möchten wir nicht mitmachen!

Optimal für einen Kurztrip

Sehr gute Kommunikation, sehr sauber, viel Platz.

Leider hat die Heizung an den ersten Tagen nicht richtig funktioniert, sodass es sehr kalt in der Wohnung war. Die Gastgeber waren allerdings sehr bemüht, das Problem zu lösen, was dann schließlich auch geklappt hat.

Ok für kurzen Aufenthalt, aber das, was man bekommt, entspricht nicht dem hohen Preis

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und es gab einen Parkplatz gleich vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer/Küche und das große Bad liegen zur befahrenen Straße hin, man hört das Strassengeschehen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Den die Schlafräume sind nach hinten zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und ruhig.

Die Sauberkeit war nur passabel, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben muffig gerochen, so wie wenn sie gewaschener nicht gleich aus der Maschine genommen werden. Wir waren über Weihnachten in der Wohnung und hatten Mühe, mit der Küchenausstattung zu kochen, da sie nur die nötigsten Utensilien beinhaltet. Leider waren die Kochtöpfe vom Vormieter noch dreckig. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Erwachsener in der Wohnung und hatten diese aufgrund der zwei verfügbaren Bäder gebucht. Wegen Schimmels im kleinen Bad war dieses leider nicht benutzbar. Nach Kontaktaufnahme zum Anbieter und geforderter anteiliger Rückerstattung wurde durch den Vermieter zwar das geldliche Entgegenkommen angeboten, allerdings nur bei komplett positiver Bewertung der Wohnung/Aufenthaltes, was wir nicht machen konnten und wollten. Das fanden wir sehr enttäuschend.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, wir können sie wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber und modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sie ist noch größer als es auf den Bildern wirkt und wir waren wirklich sehr positiv überrascht. Toll, dass wir auch mit unserem Hund anreisen durften.

Die Lage an einer sehr großen Straße ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, allerdings ist man schnell im Zentrum von Ahrensburg und hat Supermärkte, Bäcker, etc. in direkter Umgebung.

Es ist ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich & pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe. Verlässlichkeit, was die Erstellung einer Rechnung anbelangt. Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr bequeme & komfortable Größe. Die Ausstallung war toll. Sogar Kaffeepads & Tee war vorhanden.

Ach, superschade! Die Lage an der Straße & der Verkehrslärm. Das Schlafzimmer ist dennoch ruhig gelegen. Und das es sehr warm war in der Wohnung.....die Vormieter hatten Sauna Temperaturen. Die Wärme ging nicht so schnell raus!
