It’s our first time to visit Norway. We are so thankful to find this historic beautiful Norwegian farmhouse to stay for 2 nights. The view of the valley, river and mountains is just stunning. The entire experience is so peaceful. We are just living in our dream or a picture book.

The house was very cosy, warm and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. It is situated in a beautiful spot with views of the river and the mountains.

Erling, our host, was friendly, informative and warm. The house was heated and ready for our arrival. The open fire was perfect and the ready supply of logs a lovely touch. The house was located on the mountain side with a spectacular view and had everything you would want. We were close to the Hafjell ski slopes, our reason for visiting and the property was easy to get to. The house is traditionally Norwegian yet modernised perfectly without spoiling the traditional ambience. Lovely property, attentive and friendly owners and perfectly located.
